Developing Healthy Eating Habits

Developing healthy and positive eating habits from a young age can significantly shape eating habits later in life. Each day, the children will sit together with their practitioners for breakfast, snack and lunch to create a family away from home feel.

We Encourage:
  • Exploration of new food choices
  • Understanding nutritional values
  • Independent use of cutlery
  • Social interaction during mealtimes
  • Positive eating habits through practitioner modeling

Our Nutritional Menu

Each day we offer a healthy, nutritional homemade menu for breakfast, lunch and snacks, ensuring the children get their 5-a-day, as well as covering the 7 nutrient groups. Each meal is freshly cooked and prepared onsite by our chef.

Daily Meal Structure

Breakfast

A selection of cereals served with a variety of fresh fruits

Snack Time

Fresh fruits served with crackers/biscuits

Lunch

Main dish with vegetables and salad, followed by fruit with Greek yoghurt for dessert

Fruits are a key aspect of our menu, featured throughout the day. We focus on vegetables during lunch, where salad accompanies the main dish, which often contains additional vegetables for a well-balanced meal.
