We operate an open-door policy that encourages two-way communications to ensure clarity and transparency and welcome the contributions and suggestions from all parents to ensure high standards of care & continuity.
Each child will have their own key person, once they have initially settled and started to build bonds with our practitioners. We want them to feel safe and reassured under their key person, and having constant communication with parents we feel is key for our practitioners to best understand your child's needs.
We track their journey using a secure online learning journal system called EyLog. Your child's key-person documents observations and assessments on this system, using pictures and videos to show the progress your child is making.
